StarSeal EF Bio-Release

Form release treatment made from bio-degradable, rapidly renewable oils. The product does not contain petroleum oils, is odor and VOC free.

The product does not contain petroleum oils, is odor and VOC free, making it the product of choice for environmentally sensitive areas and protecting the workers who apply the product.This product is non-staining and provides exceptional release properties yielding a smooth, uniform and dust free surface every time.

StarSeal EF 1500 Release

High performance water based form release that provides exceptional release properties yielding a smooth uniform concrete finish. Ideal for use in environmentally sensitive areas. The product is an economical alternative to oil based form releases.

STARSEAL EF 1500 RELEASE is a premium water base form release that provides exceptional release properties yielding a smooth uniform concrete finish. The product contains technologically advanced additives which provide exceptional bonding characteristics to many form types including galvanized steel. When dry, the product is not slippery making it the product of choice for concrete placement in horizontal shoring applications.

A premium non-staining water base form release for cold weather < 20°F (-7°C) forming. Ideal for use in environmentally sensitive areas.

STARSEAL EF 1500 CW RELEASE is a premium water base form release for cold weather forming. The product can be used at below freezing temperatures and will not freeze at temperatures as low as at 10°F (-12°C). StarSeal EF 1500 CW Release provides exceptional release properties yielding a smooth uniform concrete finish. The product contains technologically advanced additives which provide exceptional bonding characteristics to many form types including galvanized steel. When dry, the product is not slippery making it the product of choice for concrete placement in horizontal shoring applications.

StarSeal EF Hardener 204

Economical, odorless dust proofing and hardening treatment, improves chemical and wear resistance.

STARSEAL EF HARDENER 204 is a water white silicate based solution that produces chemical hardening of concrete surfaces. It is formulated with proprietary additives to encourage maximum penetration and to minimize dusting.

Low Voc <100 g/l white curing compound.

STARSEAL EF CURE WHITE is part of Vexcon’s complete line of environmentally friendly products designed to protect and improve concrete and masonry while leaving a lower environmental footprint. StarSeal EF Cure White is a white pigmented curing compound applied to freshly place concrete surfaces forming a tough, continuous, protective membrane. This membrane acts as a barrier allowing for low moisture transmission and maximum development of the concrete’s strength and wear resistance during concrete’s early hardening stage. The protective film will not discolor the concrete and dissipates as exposed to UV, weather and traffic.
