Certi-Vex FR Zero VOC

Premium oil based release agent with zero VOC. Excellent alternative to water based release agents when a very low VOC product is required. Will not freeze. Use on all standard form types.

Certi-Vex Envio RC 1000

Low VOC clear solvent curing compound. Ideal for curing in below freezing temperatures as the product will not freeze.

CERTI-VEX ENVIO RC 1000 is a solvent based cold weather clear curing compound. Curing at colder, below freezing temperatures will not effect the performance of the product. During concretes early hardening stage, the products protective film ensures low moisture transmission allowing for maximum development of the concretes strength and wear resistance, producing hard durable concrete. The protective film will not discolor the concrete and dissipates as exposed to light, weather and construction traffic.

Certi-Vex Envio Cure WL

Linseed oil emulsion with white pigments provides added protection against freeze/thaw cycles and penetration of corrosive salts minimizing maintenance and repair costs.

CERTI-VEX ENVIO CURE WL is an advanced curing and anti-spalling compound of white pigments and linseed oil that is easily spray applied. The product quickly dries to a white film that retains the gauging water allowing the concrete to achieve maximum hardness. This film also provides protection against freeze/thaw cycles and penetration by corrosive salts minimizing maintenance and repair cost.

Certi-Vex Envio Cure Vertical

Clear dissipating curing compound for vertical concrete curing.

CERTI-VEX ENVIO CURE VERTICAL is a non-sag emulsion disspating resin cure applied to vertical surfaces. When properly applied the product will hang on the surface longer then standard curing compounds ensuring proper curing. Certi-Vex Envio Cure Vertical has a unique yellow fluorescent dye which is visible for a minimum of 4 hours but fades within 7 days even in covered and shaded areas.

Certi-Vex Envio Cure Asphalt

Curing compound compatible with fresh concrete overlayed with asphalt.

CERTI-VEX ENVIO CURE ASPHALT is an emulsified hydrocarbon resin based curing compound ideal for use on fresh concrete that will be subsequently coated with bituminous mastic (asphalt) compounds, as well a sealer for new asphalt to seal off pores, hairline cracks, to provide water resistance, and to consolidate the new surface. Certi-Vex Envio Cure Asphalt dries quickly to form a tough, continuous, protective membrane. This film allows the concrete to develop maximum strength during its early hardening stage. On asphaltic pavements, it seals against the damaging effects of water and salt penetration.

Certi-Vex Re-Seal It

Improves the appearance of aged or weathered previously sealed concrete surfaces. The product "melts" into the existing sealer binding the new sealer coat to the existing sealer.

Certi-Vex Guard AIM

Low VOC clear one component penetrating silane cure and seal. Enhances while providing long term protection against staining and damage caused by freeze/thaw, water, salts and deicer chemicals.

CERTl -VEX GUARD AIM are clear low VOC innovative one step penetrating  silane water repellent cure and seal products that can be applied to new or existing concrete. Available in three grades; matte, regular and high gloss, the products penetrate the pores and capillaries of concrete reacting with the alkali and moisture to form a hydrophobic gel in the pores and a water retentive film on the surface.

This membrane, which meets ASTM curing requirements and the Chloride Ion Penetration requirements of NCHRP 244 forms a   film that restricts moisture loss allowing concrete to reach maximum hardness and reduces staining, chloride penetration, prevents intrusion of water, salts, deicer chemicals and acids that can result in costly damage to concrete and masonry.

These innovative one-step products eliminate the costly removal of curing compounds and time consuming water curing of fresh concrete when a protective penetrating water repellent sealer is desired. Low VOC oil and water repellent clear high solids penetrating sealer protects against oil staining, salt corrosion, water, wind driven rain, airborne contaminants and freeze/thaw cycles.

CERTI-VEX PENSEAL 244 O/W AIM is a low VOC premium high solids solvent base breathable clear water repellent sealer that combines hydrophobic and oleophobic technologies, providing greater protection over standard water repellents by sealing out water, oil, grease and other staining from concrete and masonry surfaces. Certi-Vex Penseal 244 O/W AIM  penetrates into new (14 day minimum) or existing concrete and masonry surfaces preventing the penetration of water, salts, and deicing chemicals, which often result in efflorescence, mildew growth, corrosion, scaling, spalling, surface erosion and other costly damage to concrete and masonry surfaces.
