CERTI-VEX HBC TEXTURED & CERTI-VEX HBC SMOOTH are manufactured from solvent-borne modified acrylic resins with select pigments and fillers including portland cement, to produce a decorative high-build acrylic waterproof coating. This product provides an attractive, breathable, protective coating that enhances the aesthetic appearance of vertical concrete, masonry, block, wood and primed metal surfaces.Provides excellent adhesion and years of weathering and waterproofing protection from the elements. The product’s one coat application saves time and money over typical two and three coat systems.

Certi-Vex Envio Stain Blocker

Blocks out surface blemishes and stains including water and graffiti. Excellent base coat for acrylic topcoats.

CERTI-VEX ENVIO STAIN BLOCKER is manufactured from solvent-borne modified acrylic resins with selected pigments and fillers, to produce a cost effective coating that covers surface blemishes and stains such as water marks and graffiti.It is designed to provide excellent adhesion, weather-ability, and acceptance top coats to prevent bleeding. It may be applied to green concrete without peeling or loss of adhesion, and provides excellent resistance to UV light, molds or fungi and environmental chemicals. The product may be applied to exterior or interior surfaces, above or below grade.

Certi-Vex Envio Bridge

A flexible and durable elastomeric terpolymer acrylic primer that will not crack under normal surface movement.

CERTI-VEX ENVIO BRIDGE  is a solvent borne, terpolymer, acrylic resin designed to cover properly cured joint sealants. Certi-Vex Envio Bridge VOC seals the joint with a flexible and durable elastomeric that will not crack under normal surface movement. The product is intended to be topcoated with a Certi-Vex HBC/ StarSeal HBC Wall Coatings. The product is supplied as a ready to use smooth coating, available in white and may be tinted to many pastel shades.

Certi-Vex Block Fill

Use on masonry, block and concrete to fill pores and capillaries providing a uniform sealed and primed surface for topcoating.

CERTI-VEX BLOCK FILL is a styrene acrylic, high-build, solvent base coating applied to masonry block concrete to fill in the pores and capillaries and provide a uniform, sealed surface. It contains fibers, which assist in bridging holes and voids and provides an excellent bond between the substrate and subsequent top coats. Available in two versions to meet your requirements, both of which meet Federal Specification 1098-wind driven rain test: Smooth or Fibered. For a complete decorative waterproofing system topcoat with Certi-Vex HBC Smooth or StarSeal HBC Smooth Emulsion to meet TTC-555B.

Turbo Thaw Gel

Ideal for vertical ice melting. Safe and easy to use on a variety of surfaces.

TURBO THAW GEL is formulated to be used for applications where a gel is desirable due to application requirements such as overhead power lines, steel rails and gutter or roofing areas. Turbo Thaw Gel can be applied to surfaces several hours prior to the anticipated formation of ice to maximize ice melting and minimize ice damages. Turbo Thaw Gel can also be used on horizontal surfaces such as steps, walkways, etc.

Turbo Thaw

Versatile ice melting that is safe to use and will not harm treated or untreated concrete surfaces.

TURBO THAW applied to conventional horizontal concrete and pavements to quickly melt ice or to improve the performance of crystal type ice treatments. Turbo Thaw can be applied to surfaces several hours prior to the anticipated formation of ice to maximize ice melting and minimize ice damages. Power lines, telephone and TV cables, and emergency communication lines can be deiced directly from line service trucks. Trees suffering from the breaking weight of sudden ice storms can be sprayed with Turbo Thaw and ice is instantly melted, removing the threat of fallen limbs breaking power lines. Turbo Thaw is ideal for concrete forms, scaffolding, ladders, steps and ramps where ice removal is critical to workers safety. Landscapers can use Turbo Thaw to quickly and safely remove ice from shrubs and trees to eliminate branch splitting and breakage.

Certi-Vex Grout UW

A ready to use, non shrink, non metallic grout engineered for underwater applications.

CERTI-VEX GROUT UW is a ready to use, non shrink, non metallic cementitious grout engineered for underwater applications. It contains no chlorides or gypsum. When properly mixed the grout exhibits exceptional strength and excellent resistance to wash out. The material’s unique formula of high quality Portland Cement, finely graded aggregates, shrinkage compensating admixtures and expansive cementitious binder allow it to maintain its strengths at various consistencies. The product contains a special migrating corrosion inhibitor protecting reinforced steel and other metals embedded in concrete from corrosion.

Cost effective, non-shrink, non-metallic grout which will achieve high early compressive and bond strength.

CERTI-VEX GROUT 1100 is a cost effective, non-shrink, non-metallic grout which will achieve high early compressive and bond strengths. Certi-Vex Grout 1100 is easily mixed for grouting at any consistency; dry pack, trowelable, plastic or fluid. It contains no iron particles, chlorides or gypsum and will not corrode, shrink, rust or ravel even under consistently moist conditions. Advanced technology reduces the water cement ratio producing high compressive strengths yielding a denser and stronger grout.

CERTI-VEX GROUT 1000 will achieve over 10,000 psi compressive strength in 28 days and is a high performance, non-shrink, non-ferrous grout that is easily mixed for grouting at any consistency; dry pack, plastic or pourable. It contains no iron particles, chlorides or gypsum and will not corrode, shrink, rust or ravel even under consistently moist conditions. When mixed according to instructions, it produces a high compressive strength due to a technology that reduces the water cement ratio.

Flexible repair grout system provides a tough and durable grout with excellent adhesion and flexibility, as well as high impact and abrasion resistance.

CERTI-VEX EPOXY GROUT 100 is a unique flexible repair grout system which provides a tough and durable grout with excellent adhesion and flexibility, as well as high impact and abrasion resistance. The Certi-Vex Epoxy Grout 100 system is designed to eliminate the failure of adhesion associated with epoxy and polyurethane grouts due to moisture. Certi-Vex Epoxy Grout 100 has the unique ability to deform under load thereby absorbing and dampening the effect of shock, vibration, and heavy load without cracking. Under load, Certi-Vex Epoxy Grout 100 can deform as much as 4% and return to the initial dimensions. It also resists solvents such as gasoline, kerosene, and alcohols. The system is ideal for use in industrial or transportation services as well as underwater applications.
