Certi-Vex Linseed Antispall

Protects concrete from freeze/thaw cycles, corrosive salts and extends the service life of concrete.

CERTI-VEX LINSEED ANTISPALL is an advanced formulation of 50% boiled linseed and solvents manufactured with special additives to maximize the antispalling protection of concrete. When properly applied to cured concrete, Certi-Vex Linseed Antispall acts as a barrier protecting the concrete from potential damage from freeze/thaw cycles and corrosive salts.

Certi-Vex Patch FP

Repair mortar for shallow surface defects up to 1/2".

CERTI-VEX PATCH FP uses advanced polymer modified portland cement for the patching and restoration of concrete from feather edge to ½ inch. Similar to concrete in color, Certi-Vex Patch FP is ideal for repairing of surface defects in horizontal and vertical concrete and masonry such as cracks, spalls, bugholes and shallow honeycombs. Certi-Vex Patch FP may be used in place of rubbing and sacking by coating both new and old concrete surfaces to produce a uniform texture and color.

Certi-Vex Patch AP

Fast setting general purpose mortar to repair damaged concrete. Repairs from 1/4" to 6".

CERTI-VEX PATCH AP is an ideal all purpose single component mortar for quality repairs of damaged concrete from ¼ to 6 inch thickness in a single application.The materials unique formula of special portland cements, finely graded aggregates, shrinkage compensating materials and expansive cementitious binder allow it to maintain its strength at various consistencies, from flowable to trowelable.

Certi-Vex Patch

General purpose repair of structural or cosmetic horizontal and vertical concrete.

CERTI-VEX PATCH is a single component, polymer modified portland cement based product engineered for deep repairs of concrete greater then 2 inches in depth. It provides excellent bonding, flexural and tensile strengths as well as excellent water resistance due to its low permeability. Typical applications would include patching of concrete in columns, walls, floors, loading docks, steps, swimming pools, concrete pipe and parapets.

Certi-Vex Anchor Cement

Certi-Vex Patch RTU

One component, preblended cementitious polymer for cosmetic repair of concrete. The product comes in a tinted concrete gray color that is ready to use right out of the container. The material can be saved for future use minimizing wasted product.

Certi-Vex Patch RTU provides excellent bonding, flexural and tensile strengths and water resistance due to its unique polymer mixture. Use to repair spalls, rock pockets, honeycombs, holes, cavities or cracks in concrete or stucco with a depth not greater than 3/8” and widths from 1/16” to 3/8”. Certi-Vex Patch RTU is supplied as a sandable, trowel grade mortar and can be feather edged.

Certi-Vex Reneu Guard

A deep-penetrating clear sealer that provides long term protection with a medium gloss appearance. Protects against damage caused by water, salts, deicer chemicals and acids.

CERTI-VEX RENEU GUARD is a proprietary one step penetrating silane water repellent and clear coating in one product that can be applied to new or existing concrete pavers. It immediately penetrates the pores and capillaries of the concrete reacting with the alkali and moisture to form a hydrophobic gel in the pores and a protective clear coating on the surface. The product protects against the damaging affects of chloride, water, salt and deicer chemical penetration.

The product is ideal long term protection of new and existing exterior concrete pavers surfaces exposed to freeze/thaw and chloride penetration.

Certi-Vex Talc Release

Aids in protecting newly coated floors from damage caused by on going construction work.

CERTI-VEX TALC RELEASE is a partical size controlled talc with special release agents, aids in protecting newly coated floors from damage caused by on going construction work. The products special release agents prevent sticking and blocking of temporary protective coverings, such as building paper, plastic, cardboard and plywood.CERTI-VEX TALC RELEASE is applied to coatings that are dry to touch, but still might be “green”, (not fully dried through).

CERTI-VEX NON-SLIP ADDITIVE is a highly pure particle size controlled sand for addition to Vexcon epoxy and urethane coatings for increased slip resistance and fine texturing. Certi-Vex Non-Slip Additive has low oil absorption and high solvent resistance and will stir easily into the coatings with little effect on the coating viscosity.

Certi-Vex Masonry Paint

Economical general purpose acrylic breathable coating that provides better protection from the elements then conventional exterior paints.

CERTI-VEX MASONRY PAINT is manufactured from solvent-borne modified acrylic resins with selected pigments and fillers to produce an economical decorative acrylic coating that outlasts and out performs conventional paints.
